The service at the restaurant on the 7th floor was poor when we called. She looked at us but deliberately looked away and chose to play on her phone. Her name was Bibiana, if I'm not mistaken.

The hotel lobby staff were unfriendly. If we were booking through the app, they should have also stated that a Rp100,000 key deposit was required at check-in. Please state the Rp100,000 key deposit on the app page; don't just charge us for it when we check in. Sometimes, as hotel room users, we don't carry cash. If possible, the hotel lobby staff should be understanding when we don't have cash. Thank you.

Room 677 was very disappointing. The sound insulation is extremely poor, and noise from outside the building can be heard very clearly. Every morning around 5, 6, and 7 a.m., there was a loud and disturbing noise coming from outside, making it difficult to sleep and rest properly. For a hotel room, I expected a much quieter environment. I hope the management can address the noise issue and improve the soundproofing for future guests.
