nice. clean. next to Hospital Island

Stayed at room 248. The room was okay, but when I opened the bathroom, unfortunately it was full of web spiders and so many spiders living in the bathroom. I didn't get to take pictures because I was so shocked. So I cleaned the whole bathroom with jet spray. The ceiling of the bathroom also dirty and moldy. The room was okay, the staff was great, and when I arrived very late around 1.30am, they helped me well. Check-in and out process was easy. The location is superb if you are going to Island Hospital. It was just the bathroom that disappointed me.

Always sleep here because I need to check up myself to Island Hospital, just walk a few steps.

Spacious and comfortable rooms at affordable prices. The downside is that there is no mineral water provided in the room.

We went to Penang for medical consultation purposes. The location is superb, because it's just across the hospital. It's clean and simple. We had trouble with the shower, as the handle did not work properly. They responded after we reported.
