Ideal stay when you need to go to Island Hospital (just across the street). Comfortable and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Provide water tap on every floor to keep you hydrated.

This is my fourth stay at Scott Service Suites. I always stay at Scott every time I visit Penang. It's very close to Island Hospital, about a five-minute walk away.

Had a really nice stay here. Super close to Island Hospital, clean, comfy, and the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Jessi for helping us. We stayed for 4 nights then extended for the next day.

The room is clean and comfortable, but there aren't many toiletries (only body wash and towel, no shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrush). They took long to clean the room. I stayed for 6 days, but they only cleaned the room on the second, third, and fifth days (and almost in the evening). I had to bring my rubbish outside by myself because they took so long to pick it up.

Strategically located across from the old Island Hospital, just one building away from the new one. There are family-friendly rooms available, and they're all spacious. It's walking distance to Kopi Kia. The only downside is that there aren't any slippers, so bring your own for comfort.
