Highly recommended for staying

After trying it yesterday, the staff are now friendlier and more smiling. This shows that management is paying attention.

There was a small stain on the bedsheet, possibly from pants or a shirt that had stuck to it. The stain should come out with a wash. They immediately asked for a 100,000 IDR claim. There was no explanation of this detail during check-in, and they were shown the check-out rules. In general, hotels sometimes have some soiling from use on their sheets and pillows, which is normal, as they are regularly washed. Not suitable for those in transit for work, as clothing must be sterile.

More than enough for those who just need to sleep, clean and comfortable.

The parking lot is spacious, four times the size of a football field.

I got a room on the first floor. I thought it would be noisy, but it wasn't. Although some noise could be heard from the hallway, the room was clean and well-equipped. The AC and water heater worked well, and there was a Smart TV. And for a central location, it wasn't noisy. Highly recommended for a multi-night stay.

The AC is not cold enough, but other facilities are okay.

The building is high-quality. Although I've known this hotel for a long time, it feels like a new building for its size. So, I highly recommend this hotel to my relatives and family if they want to stay in Jakarta. Social Hub.

The room is clean, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The pillows can be rolled up, but they are a bit hard. It seems like the building is a bit old, but the place is quite quiet. There is no dispenser for refilling water.

The overall experience was quite comfortable. The bed was soft and the bedroom was spacious enough for two people. However, the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as traffic noise from the highway could still be heard at night. My advice to future guests is to request a room on the upper floors facing the back area for a more peaceful rest.

When I first entered the room, I was so happy because it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. For my budget of 165,000 Rupiah, it was perfect. Thank you so much 🫶🏻❤️
