The price was commensurate with the condition and size of the room, perhaps because the terrace reduced the space. The bathroom was also too small. Room service was unprofessional, as requests for mineral water, beverages like tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and cups, and toiletries weren't automatically provided the next day (they had to be requested). The amount wasn't automatically increased based on the number of occupants because we added an extra bed. It seems we need to increase the number of staff and create a daily checklist that must be reviewed every morning. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Muladi Dome, Diponegoro University (Undip), where our child was having a graduation ceremony. There's still room for improvement, so thank you all. It was satisfactory, but it was a shame we booked three rooms that were all far apart. Even though some were on the same floor, the rooms were still far apart, making it difficult for family coordination.
