friendly hotel staff and easy to explain

Good price for this hotel & location near from public space.

the room is spacious, really good, the view is also ok cityview...it's a shame this is what was not considered: 1. the balcony door apparently can't be closed tightly so the pollution from outside..when entering the room the floor is dusty and feet are also black. 2. there is a pantry but the stove doesn't turn on useless 3. there is a telephone line but it's dead, tried to connect it but it still doesn't work. 4. for a room that big the toilet is tiny, cramped. 5. it's a bit troublesome if you want to go out because you have to keep asking for free parking to the receptionist.

Okay, it's easy to find food, near Ancol, but if you want to go to Ancol you still have to use a vehicle, if you walk it's also far. So for those of you who want to stay, don't imagine that the location is inside Ancol which is just a walk away, overall good.

Affordable price for family room with complete and clean facilities

The swimming pool is nice and clean. For the room, it seems like cleanliness needs to be considered, the AC is also not too nyoss. The breakfast is delicious. The room ornaments also need a lot of improvement.

The room is spacious, but it is a bit old. It's nice to stay with family. When you want to enter the pool area, the room smells bad. The breakfast food, although not too many choices, is all delicious, the sumsum porridge is delicious, the Lontong Opor is delicious, the fried rice is delicious. All delicious.. Cleanliness needs to be improved so there aren't so many small cockroaches.

Overall it's good, close to the Ancol tourist spot, only the towels need to be replaced, they look old.

One night stay with best facilities for me and my family. Gonna get back again someday.

Check in is not complicated. Strategic location. The room is okay, spacious, there is a kitchen but unfortunately some spots are old-fashioned but have not been tidied up or fixed. Hopefully it can be fixed again. The AC is cold and everything is okay.
