no service at all, there is water leaking from the ceiling in the toilet, the toilet is dirty and new, the sound from the next room can be heard

The staff was not very friendly during check in, the check in time was also too late until 2 pm. I had to wait for it to be cleaned first and in fact the sheets were shabby and had lots of spots. There was also no bathroom mat available.

Spacious bathroom, 2 nights here a bit disturbed by the leaking AC, the room is actually clean, but because it is an old building it looks dirty, but actually the location is clean, near Simpang Lima, easy to get everywhere

A hotel that will make you miss Semarang. Next time I go to Semarang, I will return to a hotel that is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff.

Quite Disappointed, The room did not match the picture I ordered in the application, the old AC was really unusable, there were no eating utensils, this time the impression was quite disappointing.

The bathroom floor is quite slippery, quite dangerous when there are children or the elderly staying. You can actually give a rubber mat, don't give a doormat. If given a doormat, even the bottom becomes slippery. If the parking lot can fit 8-10 cars. The location is really okay. If the mattress sags for some reason, it's not comfortable to sleep. It keeps itching like that in the legs, I don't know if it's from the bedclothes or what.

I booked room 213 which contains 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed, almost a week in this hotel, my room is on the second floor. + close to strategic landmarks. + various types of culinary. + complete facilities, there are 2 plugs in the middle between the 2 beds, given towels and a set of toothbrushes, soap and toothpaste. - mosquitoes (I used autan and the mosquitoes disappeared) - sheets, blankets and pillows look dirty, although in reality when held they are not dirty. Maybe they were washed without bleach? - towels look dirty, the same case as sheets, blankets and pillows, when held they are not dirty, but at first glance the white of the towels is not pure white. Maybe they were washed without bleach? - not soundproof enough (people chatting + the sound of night racing can still be heard, but it is not disturbing) (?) The toilet is clean, but the ceramic is not tilted properly. If you take a shower and the shower water bounces up to the toilet seat, it will stagnate. Will dry over time. Conclusion: recommended 8.9/10. As long as I know the solution to the negative points and am able to prevent them, I am happy to live there.

Close to Simpang Lima and the mall, the rooms are large, the bathroom is also spacious.

Not bad, just stopped overnight because other hotels were full. I couldn't sleep last night because the sheets were dirty, I didn't dare use the blanket, look at the color.

Unexpectedly, the location is quite strategic. I wanted to be close to the travel location for transit (cititrans semarang). It turned out to be very close to Simpang 5. So if you want to go on a culinary tour, you can just walk. The staff is also nice. Not strict. Initially, I was given a room on the 3rd floor. But because I knew I was staying with my elderly mother, I was given a room on the 2nd floor. Thank God, I was too tired to climb the stairs.

Kamar tampak kurang terawat, dapat kamar yang ada balkonnya namun balkonnya kotor karena banyak puntung rokok.

Pesan 2kmr double bed, tapi 1kmr seprei masih bekas orang cek out belum si ganti. Minta ganti tapi ga ada stok bersih semua mah d laundry akhirnya ganti kamar dengan twin single tapi ac kurang dingin. Ukuran kamar lumayan gede ya. Sabun, tisu, handuk ga ada. Untuk transit ok lah. Mungkin karena lebaran ya pengjaga hotel cuma sendiri kewalahan juga. Mesti jaga konter, layani tamu, anterin ke kamar, layani komplain. Untuk penjaga kasih cap 👍👍.

Charger HP saya ketinggalan di kamar hotel. Bisa minta tolong disimpan, besok saya ambil lagi.
