I haven't had time to stay here because of the storm and had to cancel. Next time I will stay here.

Checked in at another location about 50m away from the location in the booking but overall it was quite good. The location is next to Lottle Mart so it is very convenient. Although not close to the Old Quarter, it is convenient to move around. I asked to check in early and check out late about 1 hour, the house was still happy. If I come back, I will book again and will introduce my friends to know. The only thing is that the garbage collection place is in the basement, so there are 2 or 3 trash cans to look at for aesthetics, because the garbage left all over the room when cleaning is not very nice.

Disadvantages: 1. When I arrived, Alaya 10 said there was no customer information even though I had paid. Traveloka and apartment are really bad at doing business. 2. The water is a bit weak. So I was told to move to Alaya number 15 in alley 31/36 Dao Tan. Advantages: 1. The rooms are neat and clean. 2. The manager is super enthusiastic (he also helped unclog the toilet for me. Thank you very much). In general, it's lucky that the apartment was changed. It's great. If you ask me if I'll stay next time, I will.

Khi đến nơi thông báo là booking không được nghi nhận và có hướng mình qua địa chỉ khác cách đó 2km, sau khi mình đồng ý đổi thì báo địa điểm đó hết và chuyển qua 1 nơi khác xa hơn --> mình thấy như vậy là không được, chả ai làm ăn như vậy cả , sau đó tụi mình quyết định stop và Khách sạn chuyển trả tiền

The staycation is awesome. Household appliances are adequately equipped. Being located near Lotte center and in the quiet alley is the biggest advantage. It's highly recommended!

I booked a studio room but the view is very nice, the room is fully furnished with a kitchen and cooking utensils, there is also a balcony, the room is very nice, the staff is enthusiastic, the security guard is friendly. Central location, easy to find, very convenient to travel

Room on high floor, airy, balcony with nice view. My favorite thing is to wake up in the morning and lie on the bed to see the city view
