The downtown area is very close to Jam Gadang. The interior is elegant.

The hotel staff is friendly, the restaurant food is delicious and cheap for a hotel of this class, the hotel is also clean, the room is spacious but not soundproof enough. Recommend to stay again.

The room that was booked initially had a balcony door that could not be locked, then the receptionist generously upgraded the room to Fahira Suite 👍. The parking lot should be increased, the basement parking is too narrow. Hopefully next time there will be security guarding outside or in the parking lot/basement. Thank you Fahira Hotel.

Check in and check out took a long time. Especially check in and the room key was given to the wrong person again. We asked for help with another room to call the receptionist but the phone was not active. When it was our turn to protest, they answered in a high tone.

The room is very comfortable, got a room with a nice view. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. Overall, it's the best. If I go to Bukit again, I'll definitely stay at Fahira 🥰

The hotel is nice, comfortable, located in the center of Bukit Tinggi. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved so that it doesn't smell.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom. Hotel location is close to everywhere 👍

The hotel is nice. The room is spacious and has a balcony to see the view. There is also a lot of mineral water so you don't have to worry about running out of water at night. Unfortunately, the room I got didn't seem very clean. Maybe someone had peed on the toilet wall before. The smell of urine was really bad. I even bought an air freshener to cover up the smell of the toilet.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and close to tourist attractions.
