The accommodation is nice and in a great location, with access to the entire city. It had two bathrooms, which was excellent considering there were four or more of us. It was clean, with a modern lobby and modern elevators. However, they have a huge issue with check-in—it’s really unnecessary for every person entering the apartment to fill out forms and provide passports. It takes a long time, especially considering there is only one receptionist. She handled the paperwork for the five of us, and it took about 30 minutes. During that time, our rented van was stuck in a pedestrian zone, blocking pedestrians, because you have to cross it to reach the hotel parking. That organization definitely needs improvement—everything else was great!

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves one so others don’t waste their money and time like I did. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism are not taken seriously here. The toilet/bathroom smelled like sewage, constantly. It wasn’t a small issue — it was a disgusting, strong smell that made the room uncomfortable and honestly unbearable at times. If you can’t maintain hygiene, you shouldn’t be operating a hotel. Even worse was the complete incompetence regarding the invoice. I needed a correct invoice for business purposes and asked five separate times. Not once did they manage to send the correct version. Every time it was wrong again. This isn’t a “small mistake” — it shows a complete lack of organization, responsibility, and respect for guests. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and after several attempts it became obvious that they simply don’t care. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of better places in Spain. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend everyone avoid this hotel at all costs.

The location was great, good value for money. The hallway is a bit creepy, and some Of the towels were dirty. For one night it was ok, but for longer stays not really.

Good location. A supermarket just next door. Very convenient. More supermarket also nearby. Walking distance about 5 - 15min. First need to take some time to study the home appliance. Especially the Beko brand washing+drying machine. After drying the machine door unable to open and need to wait dunno how long later only can open. Safety issue, after read the user manual from website. Like the stay so much with using mobile to unlock main entrance and room acess. To be edit later if anything I missed out. Cheer... 😁 Request for 1 hour late check out, unfortunately rejected. 😔

Our stay was delightfully and exceptional for rest and enjoy the quietness of Vitoria City. We love Libere Vitoria location.
