very convenient and close to TTU. Spacious and clean rooms.

The property is very nice and clean. The pool is indoor with fresh clean pool towels brought out often. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The parking lot felt safe. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area with patio furniture with plenty of sitting, grill, & outdoor fire pit. We even sat in the lobby to enjoy drinks by the electric fireplace. It was a very pleasant stay!

Will definitely stay here again. Love the roominess of the guest rooms and the breakfast is awesome.

I had a great stay, my only issue was that the AC unit had problems and when maintenance couldn’t fix it. I ended up having to deal with a non working AC and really couldn’t rest much

The Wi-Fi was little slow but beside that it was good

Convenient pet areas. Courtyard location and amenities were very comfortable! Easy free parking. Love the free cookies and fresh fruit infused water !!!

I love that the hotel was close to the venue and easy to find.

The desk was super helpful and kind with a great personality. The beds were comfortable. The only concern were the floors. Every where we were the floors needed attention. Other than that it was a good stay.

Employees were all super nice

Our room was awesome - clean and comfy and very big! If you look closely, you can tell that the property might be aging a bit, but for what it is, and the price we paid, it was totally nice. Oh, the air conditioner could have been a bit better. We had it set low but the air inside never got very cold and it felt a little humid in the room.

Comfy rooms

We came into town as a sleep stop. Picked up takeout and were pleased to have a place to eat and use dishes. Like kitchenette option. Having the sofa and extra plus. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and tried to fix things when requested, but conditions weren’t great. Extremely dirty toilet, table and microwave. Also the sheets did not smell clean. Pro is it was very close to Texas Tech but probably won’t be staying again.

This is always our property option when traveling to Texas Tech University. Very nice, clean and comfortable.
