Clean tidy and modern room with very helpful friendly staff

Great stay — friendly staff, large (and clean) room with a great shower, and a great location. We walked everywhere we went (in late December).

Staff were lovely and did their best to help me several times. Hotel is very quirky and trendy .

Staff were fantastic. So friendly and chatty. For a busy part of Liverpool we were surprised how quiet it was. Disappointed the room didn't have shampoo/ conditioner etc. so had to shop for these nearby. Little niggles like the towels were only in shower room and not by bath, and no easy way of filling the kettle so used the bottles of water provided. Basic tea and biscuits. Just the little things that didn't reflect the cost and boutique style of the hotel. We had a lovely stay, would come back with own tea and bath products. Best bit of this hotel is that it feels very inclusive and has some wonderful entertainment/ special nights. Best thing is this hotel

Up and coming area,about a ten minute walk from the centre of Liverpool.

Loved the originality of the decor which is very much in keeping with Liverpool being a city of music. Comfortable sized rooms and a very good night sleep. Excellent cleanliness and great service from start to finish. Easy access to city and waterfront.

Wonderful staff, spacious rooms with a great music vibe and a very comfy bed. Right in the heart of the best place to hang out in Liverpool.

The room made the visit. Everything is walkable from here.

This a great hotel centrally located, service was amazing and we had a great time in Liverpool.

Helpful staff, clean room

Room was as per photos, but bed mattress was too soft for us (sorry). Reception greeting and service was excellent by the young woman (sorry missed your name) 10/10! Venue was quiet with no external noises.

Great hotel, practical location, lovely rooms and friendly staff, really helped make my weekend in Liverpool a great one.
