I’ll be there next year

Arrived late at night to find out our reservations wasnt valid as Spotty hotel had apparently gone into administration and are ubder a new name since the 8th of January. We arrived on the 26th. Called hotels.com i was on the phone for nearly an hour after travelling for 24hrs and they were trying to find us another hotel whe it wasnt safe to travek at night. We ended up having to pay again for a room less than what we paid originally and still waiting refund. The man on the phone knowing that were tired and confused needs to look at his attitue kas said have a lovely day

This hotel was closed when I arrived.

STAY AWAY I paid Travelocity, but when I arrived, they said there was no reservation. They changed owners recently, and apparently, the new owner does not work with Travelocity. I had to find another hotel. Now I am scrambling to have Travelocity pay me back

Cleanliness of the room was poor, i had to complain, but after my complain, the issue was fixed. The entertainment system was extremely poor, the television set is hooked on a tv system that works via internet, the signal is extremely week which lead to the tv signal cutting all the time, also you need to open an account or the signal cuts every 30 minutes..etc....they also registered one of my guest at random without asking me, which caused me to have to pay for a reccuring guest.

Everyone was kind and courteous and patient with me not being able to speak Spanish very well. Everything was clean and the nights were quiet and relaxing. Thank you for providing a safe place to stay.

No hubo agua por 24 horas, nos hicieron bajar a traer agua en baldes, ni siquiera la llevaron a la habitación.

I have to be very transparent about my perspective on this place. Very artsy and great artwork however the front desk lacks from professional, lack of energy and no quality of service. No one really speaks English. When you are asking them a question it feels like they are bothered. The fact I complained about my room being extremely cold . I was to give them my passport in order to receive an additional blanket. Beyond ludicrous! I asked what sense did that make . One word staff says “policy” without any explanation. The outside of that area is extremely dirty and dangerous. The only thing that is a positive thing is that you’re close to tourist attractions. You better staying elsewhere. Avoid the place. There’s better with better service. Very noisy and there’s a rooster that screams at the top of their lungs staring at 3am . Breakfast is horrible!

Very clean and easy to navigate. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good food. View was beautiful.

Nice room to stay in, graet mountains views,nice staff

This hotel/hostel was just wonderful for the amenities and the aesthetics. I was there as a long weekend tourist and was able to walk to many places of interest. Having an onsite restaurant was a plus and the onsite bar has a 1980's Chicago vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed. If you need a place that's work comfortable Spotty's would be an excellent choice. I hope to return.

Our experience here is nothing but splendid. Clean from the entrance right to your room. Smells wonderful. Food was great also the staff very friendly and helpful especially the bar tender he was definitely the best
