Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are basic, bed was comfy. There is no parking, so you should park at the park and ride station and take the tram which is a block away from the hotel. Breakfast was yummy, mainly the tea cake, pastries, and waffles. No coffee machine in room, have to use one downstairs. Charging port in wall in case you don't have European charger. Room had some dust on the ground but wasn't that bad. Only downside is that the soundproofing is not that good. If the people next door are talking loudly you can hear it. The people above me kept dropping/moving stuff at nighttime. Heard my neighbor? Slam the door entering at night. Overall, they ended up going to sleep so I was able to sleep. The hotel was pretty quiet, but I don't think enough reviews note that the walls are thin.

Clean rooms, quiet property, staff was excellent. The room was large and the beds ok. The towels were thin. This property had two issues that would keep me from staying there again. 1) it was too far from everything and requires a long walk to get to the tourist area and train station. 2) Durring our stay the weather was cold, windy and raining the thermostat wasn’t adjustable so the room was kept at 21C/72F and the fan was always blowing out the vents and there was no way to turn it off. We were very uncomfortable for the two nights we stayed there and couldn’t warm up. We spoke to the staff and they said it was French law but that’s not true. They gave us extra blankets but getting out of bed into the cold or taking a shower and having cold air blowing on our wet bodies was horrible. For those reasons I would not stay there again.

Rooms small, no room service.

Pros: Rooms very new and clean. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the area looked large and cozy maybe more lighting would have been better. Cons: Rooms very small 10ft x12ft, 2 very small beds, no closets in the room and no amenities. A hair dryer is kept at the front desk to borrow if needed and all in one soap, shampoo & body wash liquid is available in a very small bathroom.

Great budget hotel fairly close to main city centre. Quiet area, great receptionist, very pleasant. Room and hotel recently refurbished. Great base for an overnight stay in a beautiful city
