The receptionist is a bit not friendly and lazy to check the booking of the guest carefully. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for check-in because the receptionist said the she could not find my booking. However, the security staff are very friendly and helpful to guests. I got a bedroom and bathroom with leaking issue (not sure where it came from), got some water on the floor of the bedroom and bathroom everyday. The bedroom also smells a bit moldy.
