Beautiful Hotel. NO BEACH or Swimming on East side of Caye. Anywhere. Sargassum. Spent a lot of time cruising to west side, but you stop a bunch and see the town, hit all the spots. Hotel was fantastic, not sure how you do it different.

Driving around San Pedro on the golf cart I’d have to say this place looks like the nicest resort on San Pedro Island. The room we had was like a one bedroom apartment with a half bathroom. Would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely stay again.

Loved our weekend here. The property rooms amenities were all 10/10! Went diving with the in premises dive operation and they were top notch!

Excellent customer service, staff was very professional, responsive and helpful. The food was great and always fresh. The drinks were amazing and you can tell every detail was paid attention to! The room was cleaned promptly every single day!

Seaweed smell was unbearable at times

There could be more entertainment, the lounge was barely used because there was no real entertainment. There is really no beach, or access to the beach. The area is beautiful but you can't swim in the beach water from the property. Other than those two things the resort is beautiful and service was exceptional.

I’m was able to check into the room early and all the amenities were superb! The room and view looked amazing.

The staff was top notch! Always checking on you and remembering your name by the 2nd day. Concierge was perfectly capable when it came to excursions or renting a golf cart. If we are in this part of Belize again, we will definitely be staying here.

Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap
