Great location in the centre of Sortland. Breakfast was great, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Description says ‘Parking on Site’ but in reality, they tell you to go park yourself in the lot without clear instructions on how payment works. Staff seemed clueless and tried to avoid questions they have no answers to. I ended up paying via the EasyPark app but was charged again by Hertz along with 375nok admin fee! If you have to charge your car, make sure you sign up online (not via the app) and you have to enter payment info or else it would keep giving you this message that the charger is not found. I kind of wished the staff would tell me that instead of watching me struggle for hours. It wasn’t like they were very busy and I got the sense that either they got amusement from watching travellers struggle or they really didn’t care.

Arrived 50 min. before check-in opened. The room was ready but it would cost us a fee to check in “early”. Parking system is so complicated that no receptionists are capable of explaining it.

The staff is great, Maria helped me everytine I needed help. Very clean and quiet, good breakfast I didn't know lunch has to be ordered ahead, in winter ne aware not many places are open, so plan ahead:)

Experience is good except the cleaning of the room, most particularly under the beds: pens, lips stick, dust…

Paying to park at your own hotel parking lot....should be free after you prove that you are staying at hotel....seems to be normal in Norway but should be part of the service included in the room rate.

Jeg hadde booket og betalt hotellrom, og ringte samme dag som innsjekking at jeg ville komme sent til innsjekk. De var glade for tilbakemeldingen slik at de kunne planlegge. Da jeg ankom hotellet på kvelden fikk jeg beskjed om at mitt rom dessverre var gitt til noen andre og de hadde ingen ledige rom. Jeg ble sendt til et annet hotell, som de dekket. Jeg fikk ingen tilbud om kompensasjon for dette.

Großartiges Hotel, super Zimmer, freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück. Kurz und einfacher kann man dieses nur zu empfehlende Hotel nicht beschreiben

The hotel ambiance was absolutely beautiful, artful, inspiring. There were floor to high ceiling windows with immediate views of water and soaring mountains. Room and bathroom very nice. I appreciate the hardwood floors. Staff exceptional.

Love the new hotel, room is modern and clean with nice view of water and snow covered mountains. The receptionist is friendly and welcomes us warmly. Wonderful breakfast also included in the room rate.

Detta är det nästa hotellet jag har varit på i år. Allt känns nytt och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Supersnabb wifi, kom upp till 12mb/s vid nedladdning. Sköna sängar. Utsikt över vatten och berg. Uppvärmt badrumsgolv. Komplett brunchliknande frukost med allt. Smakfullt inrett. Högsta betyg!

Hotel nuovissimo, buona pulizia, ottima colazione. Bella la zona ristorante/colazione con terrazza affacciata sul mare. Le note negative: in camera troppo caldo e non c'era possibilità di regolare la temperatura. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma al check in non c'è stato spiegato nulla, solo che bastava utilizzare easy park inserendo il codice riservato all'albergo e che si poteva uscire e entrare a piacimento. Ci siamo così trovati a pagare 8,50€ per le prime 2,5 ore e altri 7,00€ per la notte.
