Got this present on my motorbike rearview mirror when I got home. It was a dilemma parking because the parking lot was so narrow. Seriously, if I were to push the motorbike in front, would they be able to get out??? Just fix the parking space for motorbikes first, bro. I parked it near the hose, it was narrow. Because the blanket used a brown blanket with bumps. The TV is also not a smart TV.

Clean and quiet. But yeah because there is no elevator it's quite a walk to the 3rd floor

Unfortunately there is no lift to the 3rd floor. No glasses provided in the room.

Bed cover was dirty, please laundry all the bed stuff regularly.

The shape is exactly like the one in the photo. The only minus is that access after 10 pm is difficult to wander around, can't get a toothbrush, usually at that price and at a place with a name, you can get it. The worst thing was because I was scared and amused when I wanted to go to the toilet in the morning there were 3 cockroaches in the toilet, floor and near the toilet flush. Oh yes, the room echoes, so every time we chat we can hear it in the hallway as well as when we watch TV. Plus, the car park is convenient. But to manage bookings it's a bit difficult. Mas-mas resepsionisnya sepertinya kurang diajarin ramah ke costumer, ditanya jawabnya singkat dengan muka datar dengan nada ketus tanpa senyum sedikit pun, minta room yang smoking area di bilangnya belom ada karena belom di rapihin jam waktu check in. Tapi kami malah dapet kamar yang katanya No Smoking area tetapi di meja dan bufetnya udah banyak banget bekas puntung rokoknya. Lokasinya dekat kota akses untuk kemana-mananya dekat.

The place is clean & security is guaranteed, close to public facilities, culinary and others.

The room is quite spacious and clean. cool ac. Location next to boarding houses. Spacious motorbike parking, for cars there is none. Not sharia. Just ID guarantee. The minus is that there are no toiletries, only towels and soap. Hot shower and hot water running.

Comfortable, clean, tidy and the water heater functions properly. Very worth it at a price that fits in the pocket.

There are quite a lot of small small cockroaches in the toilet.

Never really rate an accommodation worse like this, but I really got a bad experience staying there and thinking will never come back. First, I was welcomed by a very rude front desk guy who's unfriendly. Second, the deposit was too much. Normally, it's only 100k in other accommodations, but theirs was 150k. Third, they didn't give me a pay proof of deposit, so it's quite risky. When I entered the room, the window faced a wall. It had no view to outside, so the light had to always be on, I couldn't see whether it's rainy or not outside. The 2nd day after my sheet was replaced, there's a stain that looked like old blood. This is the worst part. And it got more annoying when there's a leak of water from flushing hose. Also, there's a warning for not smoking, but the corridor itself smelled like someone was smoking often. I wish this only happened in UROOMS pangpol but not others. Or else, you better pay for more than having a cheap accommodation but this uncomfortable.

Standard, falls like a boarding house but is managed to become a kind of guesthouse/hotel. Pretty clean for the bathroom, but lots of ants near the bed :)

The towels weren't ready, the cupboard was destroyed, the mattress seemed unfit, couldn't brush my teeth. Please pay more attention to the room facilities, there are no complaints like this. Thank you

The air conditioner is not cold, the blanket is thin.

The price is in accordance with the quality of the room, yes. Recommendation for a short break.

The location is really good, close to MRT block A. The rooms are spacious. Early entry was also cold even though the AC had not been turned on. Drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. It's clean only that the sheets and towels are not as white as hotels in general. But overall is good. With a price below 200 its totally recommended. There is a fridge, stove, dining table and others on the ground floor too.

Not bad for backpackers. The room is quite spacious, the air conditioner is cold, there are towels, shampoo & soap, the water heater is on, mineral water is given too. The only minus is the blanket is very thin, there is no toothbrush, there is no clothes hanger. Oh yes, the check-in time must also be at 14.00 even though the room is empty.
