Great hotel for family vacation in Singapore. We love the pillow menu and the junior suite sofa bed can really be used for sleeping! Also great location-close to MRT, easy for taxi, and next to mall. Great friendly service with high quality breakfast. Our top choice in SG by now!

It was a great experience for the families. Our kids enjoy the afternoon tea and dinner! The service was good. The only bad thing is we have to pay for the parking.

Amazing experience at InterContinental. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful with our requests and even gave us desserts to celebrate our anniversary. Superb service, 100 % recommend & will go again!

A very peaceful and clean place that as everything we need. Air Conditioning seems to be a little warm for 18-20degrees, but not much of an issue. From bathtubs to hot waters (that you don't have to wait 15-30seconds for the tank to start warming up). Comfortable beds, convenient location. There are food stalls all around the Hotel & a 7-11 easily accessible across the street. I don't know what else you need! Didn't get to visit the Pool & Fitness centre. Will visit again for sure!

Birthday celebration so we received complimentary cake. Requested late check out at last minute. Overall it was an awesome servic3 and we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was quite a lot of variety.

Service was great. Swimming pool was not crowded.

We are very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. My kids doesn't want to leave and wants to stay on. It is very cosy. Breakfast perhaps should have local delights example laksa it would be great!

The rooms were very comfortable and the service was great! Our remote and telephone were not working, but the hotel staff kindly upgraded us to better room. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Love staying at this hotel. The hotel is so clean, the staff is so friendly and even highlight to us that their breakfast is not halal and gave us a room upgrade instead. Will really recommend this to my family and friends.

The room was really spacious, and very close to the Bugis Junction. Comfortable beds too.
