A comfortable and strategic place for a staycation

When I came to the room I didn't expect the smell, I thought what smell it was, but it turned out to be the smell from the trash can spreading in the room. There was no water heater, and the refrigerator was dirty.

The place is clean, just a tip: don't order at the last minute so you don't have to wait for the room.

Just now checking in at Treepark is really bad, I was supposed to go in at 2 o'clock but I had to go in at 7 o'clock, which is a loss for me. If you want to repair anything, first fill the room with an application, don't open it so no one comes in. This has already been paid and instead it says there is a problem.

The worst experience during my stay, 2.5 hours waiting in the lobby, the officer from the 7th floor gave me the key, they didn't answer the call, the owner told me to wait, the room was a mess, the trash was strewn around, I swept it myself, mopped it myself, made the bed myself, this was the worst stay, the worst service, dirty and the officers were very unresponsive.

Inadequate towels, old admin and no notification of how to use the elevator. Pity the parents who are not familiar.

How do you feel sleeping? So neither. The room is full but I don't accept orders... in the end my money gets stuck. The refund process is really complicated... hadeh makes it difficult for people!

Get the price of a good deal, the facilities are quite complete. But the receptionist's service is really long! Called many times to pick up the key, didn't pick it up, abandoned in the lower lobby. The air conditioner didn't feel at all, and it just turned off, I was so hot that I got home, and I couldn't move the unit because it said the unit was full, even though I applied it, there were still 4 units left.

Apartemen Rasa Flats, 100% do not recommend. If you want to be disappointed, just try it.

Pelayanannya ramah, sopan dan bisa di mintain tolong, kamarnya lumayan bersih buat pemandangan lewat jendela indah kamar bersih, TV, AC mantap. Pokoknya mantap lah buat ukuran budget segitu pokonya puas banget.
