Convenient location. Terrific breakfast.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean. The pool is a small tin container, not so clean. I spent 1200 for 3 nights, and when I needed an extra loonie to finish my laundry the staff would not give me one because they could not bill it to my room. Also we did not ask for any room cleaning for the 3 days but ran out of toilet paper the last day and the staff would not restock it because it was not our cleaning day. I had to request it from the front desk. How embarrassing. You spend that much and they don't give you toilet paper. I expected better service and kindness from the staff.

Great hotel, great room, and a great breakfast! The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was a perfect way to start the day. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and parking was hassle-free. A big bonus for EV drivers: there are plenty of EV chargers available, which made charging easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

The room is spacious and has everything you need. The gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is quite small but it is overall a nice place to stay.

Great property! The pool was a bit small for the amount of people the property hosts. Also the beds are quite uncomfortable and the pillows are tiny! Otherwise lovely experience and prime location.

We were checked in/out quickly. All staff members were friendly. Great selection of food at breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel is located close to everywhere we wanted to visit. I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to Old Montreal and lots of shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Chinatown. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, very basic choice, small area and busy when the hotel is full, I recommend eating outside in Old Montreal only 5 minutes away. That was my only issue, other than that my room was clean, large and modern all amenities were great.

We really liked the hotel. It's clean and very close to all the tourist spots. The hotel staff were really helpful especially Sho at the front desk. My only concern is the breakfast area. It gets really packed. It was too difficult to get tables on the 3 days we ate breakfast especially with 2 little kids. I also feel bad for the breakfast staff/workers. There were only 3 of them and they were working so hard at all times with clearing/cleaning tables and refilling the foods. I hope they are getting compensated for their hard work. They deserve it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing location!!! Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. Service was great.

My room was really clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that breakfast was chaotic. There was never enough seating. Sometimes there were not plates or silverware. Sometimes food would run out and we would have to wait for more food. It was just a lot.
