Booked a deluxe room, upon arrival, the damaged room changed to a lower class room. Strong cigarette smell in the room

If I go to Da Lat next time, I will definitely come back here. There is nothing to complain about. The room smells so good, fully equipped, toothpaste is also branded, shampoo too. The space is so beautiful, quiet, there is a very chill fish pond. The staff is super gentle and enthusiastic. Quite close to the center, about 2km away. Overall, it is very beautiful. Vote everyone should come here ☺️

Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ. Nhưng nhà vệ sinh thì mình vẫn chưa được ưng ý lắm, cần cải thiện vấn đề nước nóng. View đẹp. Dịch vụ okela.
