My stay at the Grand Kolopaking Hotel was truly a pleasure! All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. I also received a pick-up service from the station to the hotel, which made my trip much more comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the service was excellent, and the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay. If I visit Kebumen again, I will definitely choose the Grand Kolopaking Hotel!

Highly recommended! The food is also very tasty, and everyone from the security guards, receptionists, and housekeepers are all very friendly and smiling! Please keep it up, and if possible, improve it even more! Heheh

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is child-friendly, there are toys in the lobby, the hotel is clean and smells good, the food is varied, it is close to shopping etc., hopefully in the future there will be a swimming pool.

They are very hospitable to their guests 👍 I just informed them when I was already at Gombong station when I asked to be picked up by the hotel at Kebumen Station because I just found out that online taxis can't pick me up at the station, with the tight time, the hotel agreed to pick me up FOR FREE.. The service is really the best. Thank you to Mas Fredy for picking me up.

The plus side is that it has EV charging and the food is better than competing hotels, but the rooms need upgrading. One room had a bad AC. Breakfast needs to be managed at the front desk. It's really odd that the cashier is in the middle of the room when people are already inside.
