I booked a city view room, but a lake view room was available on the day of arrival. The staff upgraded me for a difference of 100 baht, and the view from the room was worth it. I arrived a little before check-in time, and the staff checked and cleaned the room, so I was able to check in right away. The room was clean, good value for money, and I also got a great KTC discount.

Entering via a small alley requires a bit of caution, but the hotel service is excellent, the staff are lovely and friendly, and the view of the lake is beautiful.

Breakfast is 80 baht per person. There's no hairdryer. The room isn't soundproof; the noise from chairs being dragged upstairs is very loud. The housekeeping staff is pushing carts around early in the morning. The bed is acceptable, but overall I prefer One Budget Hotel more.

There are not enough hair dryers to borrow. You should set a time to borrow them. / The shower doesn't spray water fully. It's a bit difficult to shower. / The atmosphere is good. The view is very good. It's clean. Overall >> Good.

The toilet water pressure is not strong. Must press and wait 5 minutes Even though you can press it again, it's enough to contact and request a room change. The staff informed us that it was the same throughout the building. We were very stunned. We reserved 4 rooms to stay.

Good atmosphere, next to Kwan Phayao Sitting and watching the sunset is very beautiful. good service staff The room looks clean. convenient parking There are snacks and fruit juices served. Very tired and refreshing. But the room is not very soundproof. Hear the room next door turn on the TV until late at night
