So creepy ~The receptionist (or people who in charge with check in/guest) are slow, I'm waiting about 60 minutes to check in. The hall was so dark and creepy. I take 4 nights stay for staycation at Tangerang, but with room condition like this, I'm check out in a few hour later. I'm no longer stay at there. The bathroom's shower was broke. Thank you ⛔️

Sulit banget buat check in. Ga ada resepsionis dan adminnya slow respon banget sampe beberapa kali telepon baru diangkat padahal sudah mau jam 2. Terus tiba-tiba udah jam 2 disuruh tunggu lagi karena belum siap? Akhirnya baru bisa check in setengah 3? Padahal udah dateng dari jam 2. Parah banget.

The facilities are incomplete. Where is the tv without an antenna locked with the remote. The remote doesn't exist. All day watching sctv. The receptionist is not responsive. I waited an hour for it to come to me. Where is there no office there? It's like being shrouded in a hedgehog. The rest is like toilets, beds, water is still okay. Its success is good. Try it, give the TV an antenna so it doesn't get stuck.

TV tidak ada antenanya, tempat tidur miring, tidak ada wifi, parkir tidak gratis kena hitungan perjamnya.

The swimming pool is not open tsay. There is no receptionist up there confused where to go, then the minimarket has a lot of expired food
