Very comfy villa. Overall, a very good and comfortable place. Just needs a bit of improvement, especially for the area near the plants; somehow, there's a bad smell from that area, so when we sit on the couch near the plants, it feels annoying. And the garbage needs to be replaced with a new one. Hopefully, it will be improved next time if I stay here.

Regarding the smell mentioned, our team inspected both the villa and the surrounding area and did not find any unpleasant odor, dead animal, or other identifiable source inside or near the property. It is possible that the smell you experienced came from smoke caused by rice-field burning in the surrounding area, which unfortunately occurred during your stay. I stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, villa number 21. The location is quite strategic, but you have to go deeper into the alley to see the villa, so I got lost in another villa unit. The villa is super private, complete with cooking utensils, even an oven. However, when explaining the room, it would be better to inform that the staff is on standby until 8 pm, so I felt bad that the staff who had gone home came back to my villa just to refill water. Overall, it was okay, hopefully I can come back here again ✨

A delightful experience staying in a villa surrounded by local rice paddies in the Sayan area of Bali. The rooms were excellent quality with complete and luxurious amenities, but the area was quite exposed, facing the rice paddies, so vigilance is needed for guest safety. Furthermore, there were no villa staff or security guards on duty. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. The cleaning staff was very responsive, but there was no receptionist on site, so I was a little nervous if I needed assistance. The views of the rice paddies were very satisfying, and it was a new experience to interact with nature without adequate security. Hopefully, the security facilities can be improved.

This is really nice. The place is clean, smells good, and the price is really worth it, with a private pool. The atmosphere is also cool in the rice fields. The staff is also very friendly. Before you get out of the car, you're greeted warmly at the front. It really makes you feel at home ❤️
