It's a fun staycation here. The kids are so excited to go home :) will definitely be a regular here if I go to Bogor.

It was a really fun stay here. There are kids' activities on the weekends, and yesterday there was a cooking class. The hotel is super clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious.

I came with a car with a fairly large body, it's not nice to mention the brand, but arrrrggghhh how can you not see what car it is! And it's nice that the security guard said we'll help you park, I asked where to park? He answered in the back. Haaaahhh seriously, this car, do you want to put it in the back? And finally he moved the old goods car in the parking lot and gave it to me. It seemed like the hotel's goods car. The parking lot was already cramped, guest priorities didn't seem to be considered. From floor G to the lobby, I was carrying a lot of stuff, got in. I met the staff, I asked for a trolley, and his eyes knew I was having trouble carrying things, instead of being calm, he was just stunned and stuttering. I swear I was so annoyed, I've never met hotel staff as annoying as here, arrrghhh, the bathroom floor was slippery and smelly, the dirty floor, oh my, I'm even more annoyed. In the morning when I was about to check out, I met the hotel staff, I said sir, please ask for a bellboy. I waited a long time. I went out of the room again and asked where the bellboy was, he said 'oh wait, ma'am, I'll just be called because he's checking the room'. They were joking and laughing while chatting in the room next to mine. Finally, I went down alone, too lazy to wait, oh my God, I swear this was a really bad experience while staying here, I really regret staying here. Breakfast was not good, what kind of potatoes were there, the fruit was wilted and not fresh, and the taste of the food was only given salt and salt, ouch. Different from Ibis BSD and others. Maybe this needs to be fixed at Ibis Pajajaran Bogor. Ibis here really makes me nervous. We paid for it, it's not free here, don't be like that, oh my God, I swear I'm really annoyed, God forbid.

Just arrived, greeted by the security and immediately offered to park the car with them because the parking lot is a bit steep, the driver is a woman, really helpful, really cool!! Early in the morning, even though it was crowded because many cars were coming out, they were still smiling and friendly. The downside is that the room I stayed in was written as a king size (200x200), in fact, the twin beds were put together, and the bathroom sink was leaking so it was a bit worrying when the kids were playing near it. The plus is the view is okay, you can see the botanical garden a bit. All the staff are friendly and very helpful luvvv❤

Parking is very limited. If you arrive too late, you'll have trouble parking.

The check-in process was very fast, even early check-in was possible at 1 pm, all the hotel staff were friendly, the room order was according to request, the room AC was cold, but the only thing lacking was the variety of food because the two breakfast menus were almost the same.
