A very pleasant stay experience, a 2-storey villa with 2 bedrooms, suitable for large families, the place is very clean, neat and looks very well maintained, the view on the 2nd floor is very beautiful, directly facing Mount Dempo, the view of the lower room is no less beautiful, from the large corner glass window, we can clearly see Mount Dempo from below, so it feels like we are right at the foot of the mountain, there is a kitchen with complete cooking utensils, complete with Magicom and refrigerator, so we can cook for ourselves, the market is also not far if you want to shop. There is AC in each room but it is rarely used because the weather here is quite cold.. heheh, but don't worry there is hot water, so you won't shiver if you want to take a shower. The TV is already Android plus the presence of WiFi makes the kids happy because they can watch their favorite movies. the owner is very friendly. Three nights staying here feels not enough, God willing, next time if I go to Pagaralam I want to stay here again

Penginapan yang sangat nyaman. Fasilitas sangat lengkap mulai dari perlengkapan mandi sampai alat masak. Kompor, kulkas, wajan, dispenser pokoknya lengkap. Rekomen banget yang nginap bawa keluarga. Kamar atas view langsung ke Gunung Dempo. Owner sangat ramah dan baik sekali, rasa seperti pulang ke rumah keluarga sendiri. Posisi pinggir jalan raya, akses ke tempat wisata dan kota sangat terjangkau karena posisi di tengah-tengah. Pokoknya kalo ke pagar alam nginap di sini aja. Sukses selalu untuk gardenia guest house. Sehat selalu bapak dan ibu owner. Pas pulang kami dikasih oleh-oleh pepaya besar-besar hasil dari kebun owner. Best pokoknya ❤️.

Kami berlibur dan menginap di sini 3d2n, menyenangkan sebenarnya menginap di sini hanya saja ada rembesan air dari kamar mandi di lantai 2 yang menetes ke tangga sehingga jika anak-anak turun naik tangga di khawatirkan akan terpeleset, dan ketika minta di bersihkan bungalownya sama ibu-ibu yang bersih-bersih di sana ternyata sampai pulang dari tempat wisata tidak di bersihkan sama sekali. Mohon di tingkatkan pelayanannya demi kenyamanan tamu.
