This apartment is managed by travelio, a special apartment application. The first apartment facility is the TV can't be turned on because the panel box is broken, there are 4 beds but only 3 blankets, making my husband sick because he caught a cold. There is only toilet tissue. I have complained, the CS responded but there was no follow-up. Until 10 pm they still wanted to coordinate with their members. Until I was annoyed I said forget it.
