Sam is located right in the center of Dong Hoi city so we can easily stay and travel during vacation by booking Xanh SM (seems to be used anh lot here). The room is quite clean and comfortable, but the soundproofing is quite poor. In the middle of the night, you can still hear other guests talking and moving in the hallway. Customer service attitude is also something the hotel should improve so that guests can have better experience.

Mình đặt phòng không bao gồm bữa sáng nhưng lễ tân vẫn giới thiệu menu bữa sáng đơn giản miễn phí và có phục vụ tận phòng. Tuy mình không sử dụng nhưng mình rất hài lòng với service này của Sam
