Service is not very good. I confirmed check-in at 13.00 I was told to wait in the lobby until 16.00 just past I got the key. Then at check out, none of their staff took my key, I was told to go down to the lobby, see if there is a safe deposit box, if you don't go up again, keep the key in the room, busyztt, I'm a guest, not your staff, you want to go up and down, then there's a deposit problem if we pay cash, we will return it a week after checking out, if we pay via transfer, it will be returned 1-5 days after checking out, hahaha we just check out the star hotel and return it directly, hahaha it's really bad Travelio, first and last time using Travelio.
