The bedsheets were stained & had dried cockroach carcasses, the corners of the room were full of hair.

The room was very comfortable, especially for a solo traveler like me. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. For that price, you get complete facilities (Wi-Fi, water heater, electric kettle, AC, Smart TV, and daily refilled amenities). Everything was great, only the Smart TV in my room was a bit difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi, but I didn't mind. God willing, if I come to Malang again next time, I want to stay here again 😄👍🏻

The hotel is quite comfortable for resting, and it's close to the UB campus, as I was visiting my child who's studying there yesterday. Recommended.

Recommended and not disappointing

The room was quite comfortable and clean. I had issues with the Wi-Fi not connecting in the room and the hot water not working (I didn't check beforehand whether it was included). However, the service from the hotel staff was undeniable. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was welcomed into my room even though it was only 2:30 when I arrived. There's a very aesthetic cafe upstairs. The food and drinks were delicious. So, despite these issues, I still enjoyed the facilities provided. Thank you 🥰

I liked my visit very much. The hotel is really cheap and has perfect service via WhatsApp. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the view from the rooftop is pretty cool.

The location is strategic, and there's a cafe. However, the room was very unsanitary. It was a bit dusty, and the mattress wasn't very clean either.

The water in the bathroom is not strong enough.

It's a must to stay here if you're going to Malang.
