The security guard was very friendly and helpful. The entrance is a bit confusing, and there's no elevator, so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. But the helpful security guard makes up for all those shortcomings.

The TV didn't work, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the floor was dusty.

The blanket is very small, not even enough for one person. Only one towel. The TV keeps loading but stays on. The bathroom is not very clean, it doesn't flush automatically. The layout is very poor. The staff is friendly. There is no mineral water. Not recommended.

The electricity is out, the TV is off, the sheets and towels are dirty.

Strategic location, good service, okay cleanliness

The hotel is strategically located, clean, and comfortable. It's perfect for those visiting Bogor.

The TV died due to an error, there was no hot water, there were still traces of soap on it, the sheets smelled dirty and had lots of stains, and the sheets were really dusty. Dust was everywhere. It was cheap, but it really didn't fit. The last time, if it wasn't tight, I wouldn't have.

The only plus points are the strategic location, close to everywhere, lots of snacks nearby, and the friendly staff (room attendants). But for the rest, I can't really expect much. We can't demand much at this price, but at least cleanliness should be maintained. Even the floor in the room makes your feet black (you have to wear sandals). The bathroom drain is full of hair. Basically, besides the bed, the room is mostly dusty.

1. The location is strategic but difficult to find because there's no clear sign and it doesn't look like a hotel from the front. 2. The hotel staff is friendly but annoying. We brought a lot of luggage and carried our child to the second floor (check in). When we got there, we thought our room was in that building, but it turned out to be the building across the street. We went down again with our suitcases and our child (I said, "Why didn't you tell us earlier, sir? If the room was in front of our car, we wouldn't have any luggage to carry.") The staff was quiet, as if they didn't care. 3. The room wasn't very clean. My feet felt dirty and dusty, and the mattress wasn't clean either, so we wiped it with a blanket. 4. The TV didn't work at first (the hotel staff only apologized for the lack of signal). My wife complained, and finally they gave us a device so we could watch YouTube. 5. The bathroom for those checking in at night didn't have hot water (it only came on in the morning). The bucket and ladle were slippery, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while, so my wife ended up cleaning them.

It's quite comfortable, only the toilet doesn't flush properly and can't be used.

It's not really suitable for bringing a family to stay here.

This price doesn't make sense for a hotel that looks like it's for LC bookings... it's so dirty, I swear it's filthy. My intention was to find a place to lie down because I was feeling feverish.

Strategic location, suitable for backpackers

Small unclear lobby, stair access, cigarette smell, very dirty and stuffy room. Luckily the AC is cold, and the sheets are new. Not even half a day and already checked out.

It was a shame that we decided to cancel straight away even though we had just checked in. Because everything was so dirty.

It’s really nasty… you need to complain with their staff until their change the room. The room need to be upgraded for the cleanliness..
