Bad service ever! Udh tau mau CO jam 12 tapi staff ga standby buat tuker kunci and ktp + stamp karcis parkir, disuruh nunggu tp gatau estimasi nya brp lama, alhasil nunggu sampe 13.30 dan baru dikabarin kalo bakal sampe jam 14.00? Yg bnr aja dikira gaada keperluan lain? OK lah kalo mereka ngaku salah dan say sorry, tapi ini bnr2 no etika 🤧 thk you next, gak lagi, skip bgt.

Semua fasilitas kamar dan mandi sangat buruk.

Kamar jelek tidak sama di poto gak ada air panas mau cek-in lama nunggu.

Kamarnya bersih dan recommended.

Uang deposit belum dikembalikan saat check out dan petugas yang menerima uang deposit tak datang.

Kamar sangat jelek, sangat berbeda dengan gambar. Tidak ada wifi, kasur nya rapuh. Parkir dihitung 3rb / jam jadi kalo nginep 24 jam berarti 3rb x 24 hahaha. Sangat tidak rekomen

Kurang bersih lantai, bantal dan kasur kurang layak. Air panas kamar mandi tidak ada.

The bathroom smells bad and dirty, only 1 towel and smells bad, the bed is fragile.

I didn't get the facilities available at Traveloka in my room order, such as water not being available and the AC not being cold, what's more, the TV remote was broken. Very dissapointed

It's a bit difficult when checking in because no one picks up so you have to wait a while. For okay rooms but limited electricity capacity, when the hairdryer plug had time to go down. For apartment parking, it's 3,000 per hour for cars, for visitors, you can ask for a stamp from the room provider, so you'll only be charged a maximum of 15,000.

The toilet is clean like in a hotel and doesn't smell, the water heater works well, the room smells clean, the bathroom headlamp is not there (read from previous reviews it's also the same) but it's helped by the bright room lights, and there are also lots of places to eat around, minus the mattress, it's like a boat. Oh yes, stay 1 night, a maximum of 15,000 parking because I had to pay another 12,000. Prepare a deposit of 100 thousand. If I go to Bogor, I will stay here again.

The room is clean and the service is good.

The key delivery is fast, the security guard on duty is also friendly. But yesterday I got a room that wasn't comfortable because there was a dead light.

The facilities are not okay. Just the same class as an apartment, only 1 towel, no soap, no toothpaste. Just don't get water. 🤦.
