This was my first time staying here. Initially, my husband was made to wait for a luggage cart in the basement elevator until I finished checking in and had time to wait in the lobby. Finally, my husband carried his own luggage to the lobby. However, as we were about to head to the elevator to go up to our room, an employee approached us to help us carry our luggage without a trolley. We also had to wait quite a long time for dinner at the restaurant, even though we had ordered soto, which usually doesn't take long to be served. We weren't allowed to borrow a baby chair for the room. The children's play area was also poorly maintained, with many things like the ball pit fence, rocking horse, and Lego pieces broken. The playground should have been safe for children, but it was a bit worrying. The broken Lego pieces were sharp, and the plastic bottom of the rocking horse was loose. The swimming pool area was very difficult to reach because it was a long walk from the elevator and seemed remote. But in terms of comfort, the hotel was very comfortable to sleep in, the room was clean, the mattress was soft, everything was good, and we really enjoyed our stay in the room. Some of the staff were also very friendly, kind, polite, and very helpful. Maybe there are just a few that are understaffed. And one more thing, if possible, maintain the baby chairs in restaurants. Yesterday, I got a baby chair with wobbly legs because a part was loose. There are only a few photos, but they all match the description.
