I ordered from 18 May 22 for 6 rooms for lodging on 1-3 July 2022. When I arrived at the hotel, I had 5 rooms left. The hotel provided a solution, given 1 room in another hotel which was very far from the hotel I ordered. Arriving there, the replacement hotel has not prepared the intended room. The rooms are used, housekeeping hasn't arrived yet. Please the online agent to give a warning to the hotel like this.

The rooms are clean, the waiters are quite friendly, strategic places, places to eat and buy clothes (if you are stuck) are close, unfortunately the wifi in my room was slow. Overall as a place for 1 night stay at this price it's ok .

Quite comfortable, the location is also strategic in the middle of the city and quite close to the port, places to eat, tourist objects, the price is also affordable but at the same price as I experienced for hotels in other cities, for example in Jogja, Malang, hot water facilities are available, and get drinking water, yes, but different hotels and different cities have different standards, right. A bit disappointed starting with the door handle which was difficult to open, the lock and slot were rusty so the room had to be opened using a handyman and took a lot of time, the air conditioner leaked in front of the door while the air was hot, please follow up, okay.

It's actually quite good, but just an input, it would be better if the cleanliness was improved, and so that the facilities can be checked again, whether they can still be used or not, because many are broken, such as the electric kettle doesn't turn on, the power plug doesn't turn on, the TV remote and AC don't work. lights up, sorry, just input.

For a transit hotel to Karimun, the service is sufficient, but please improve the cleanliness of the toilet and lighting.

Very happy to stay here. Clean rooms. Okay facilities. The price fits in the pocket.

Good location. Close to street food and an okay place for transit to cross to Karimunjawa. Quite pricey but apparently that's the cheapest option on Traveloka.

Highly recommended place. Clean, tidy and also a strategic location, affordable too.
