It was very impressive because breakfast was ready at 5 am so we could go for a walk early in the morning.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:30, but it was too early because check-in was at 2, so the room wasn't ready yet. We booked a Hollywood deluxe room, so we asked for one with a balcony. First, we asked the female receptionist, who said the only rooms with balconies were sea views. Okay, we just had to wait another half hour. The kids played in the playground; it happened to be open on weekends. Half an hour later, we asked the receptionist again if the room was ready. This time, the male receptionist was there. We checked our accommodation voucher and asked for a room with a balcony. The receptionist said they would try. I was told to wait again, but I objected because I had already waited. Finally, with the receptionist's help, we got the room we wanted, without waiting any longer. I was a bit surprised by the female receptionist who said there were no rooms with balconies. The pool view is beautiful, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was very satisfying because the selection was complete, from traditional to international. Children under 10 were also free.
