Back again after last coming here in 2023. The best healing place. Take a break from the routine that makes you tired and weary. Hopefully next time I can come here again. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Great view, comfortable temperature not too cold. The location of the waterpark requires extra effort going up and down the stairs. Staff attitude needs to be improved, some people casually smoke in front of customers, even though it's outside.

very friendly and fast service when checking in and checking out, clean fragrant rooms, clean environment, quiet and very comfortable suitable for avoiding the noise of Jakarta, also when ordering dinner the menu is very delicious both in taste and presentation. hopefully in the future as input there is wifi and breakfast. thank ... always be successful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

+friendly staff, +clean rooms, +there is a good restaurant, +lots of children's play areas, +quiet atmosphere, +nice views. -swimming pools need to pay attention to the water pH and chlorine levels.

Fasilitas cukup lengkap dan harga kompetitif, makanan di Cafe dan Resto tastenya ok dan harga cukup masuk akal. Kamar baik, AC dingin, Shower Ok, Staff ramah ramah dan sangat membantu. Saran: Signal wifi saja wajib diperbaiki untuk sampai ke Tiap kamar.

Tempat bagus, asri, buat santai sambil mandi di kolam bener-bener nyaman & bebas. Cuma untuk hiburan tv & wifi kudu diprioritaskan diperbaiki.

For wifi, it's currently only in the lobby for now, we've tried several providers, there's still nothing that's qualified for the contours of the hills and our location. Once again, thank you for Mr Arif's input, because it is a form of his attention and liking for Anakraja, and we are always improving. Because customer satisfaction is our priority. Waiting for Mr Arif's return.

Stayed 2 nights with kids and lots of luggage, no staff to help carry suitcases, wifi was off, TV was off, mineral water was empty, room was clean but lots of cockroaches were running around

Thank you for the review sis. For wifi, we currently only use it in the lobby. For insects, because our location is still very beautiful, the possibility of insects landing is definitely there, on the balcony sofa (outdoor). For mineral water, after being informed we will immediately fill it. Regarding helping with his luggage, maybe it was due to miscommunication. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rekomendasi untuk liburan bersama keluarga, meski wifi lagi rusak dan ga dapat sarapan namun tersedia resto dan diberikan free waterpark. Untuk fasilitas cukup lengkap. Mungkin akan kembali kesana dengan keluarga untuk liburan mendatang. 👍
