I live in section D, everything is great, except the rooms in section D don't have good soundproofing, and the air conditioners are positioned to blow directly on people, so it's not suitable for families with young children.

My family and I just spent 2 days and 1 night here and have some questions as follows: - My family bought a 2n1d combo price through the Traveloka app for the eco family room type of 4 people at the price of 1.8 million VND because I pressed the wrong button so I could only book 1 room and then the app said there were no more rooms available. - I called the reception directly and was informed that there was a room like the type I just booked at the price of 2.8 million VND per night. My family also accepted that price to have a comfortable place for the kids to play for 2 days. But when I came to check in, there was another problem: in addition to the swimming pool, all the game areas can only be used ONCE in 2 days and 1 night. And I bought tickets for the folk games but I won't be able to play if I don't RENT an additional 39k Vietnamese traditional costume for one more person?!! Honestly, the room price including combo is not too cheap, I think the kids will enjoy more in 2 days instead of playing and then going out in 2 hours in the afternoon like that. I hope the Resort will review its policies when selling combo prices to customers.

I've been here for 1 night! The vibes are good, however the shower water pressure is not good! Room is very clean! The food is really bad, they don't care about the customer's experiences! Please pay attention much more about the foods! Thanks!

Booked 3 rooms for the whole family on holiday. It was so crowded and noisy. However, the staffs are friendly and supportive. Room is spacious but because of the full occupancy, it wasn't clean. Recommended for low season.

depending on the staff but the room is bad. there is no iron, the staff said if you want to iron, it will cost 70k for a quick iron. quite disappointed. the towels look dull and not very clean

In general, it's only a four-star resort, but I think it's still normal and not too special compared to the resort hotels I've been to. Firstly: the service staff is not enthusiastic and the working style is not professional enough to deserve four stars. Second: The food took too long to come up. It took five or seven times to order mineral water. The scene was normal and nothing special. But it is also suitable for the Can Tho area for locals who want a short-trip. If 4* sometimes makes you even more frustrated, I don't think it's worth it.
