OYO class that is very much not up to standard. Bad service and the place is poorly lit.

The receptionist (his name is Rudi) is very rude, he speaks rudely. By force, he charges an additional parking fee of 20 thousand. At 23:00 the gate is locked and you are not allowed to go out to buy food. The service is very bad. He always says that if you don't want to stay here, you won't lose anything.

The place is really dirty.

The bed sheets and pillowcases looked like they had never been washed, they were really dirty. In the bathroom the shower head was also broken. And, there is an additional fee outside the application of IDR 10,000 for parking.

Not really recommended, pol. The first impression was that the accommodation was dark, the service from the male admin was not friendly at all, he answered stupid questions, asked for parking money like a bastard. The room has a lot of cobwebs, the TV doesn't turn on, the toilet lid is broken, the shower is broken and can't be used, the water tap is on but the direction is irregular, the bathroom walls are all mossed, the towels are all yellow, the sheets are all yellow, the walls have a lot of mold, nothing trash can also in the room. And the worst of the worst was, when I checked out I was told to use the pager, the gate wouldn't be opened, I was really surprised, how come the accommodation wasn't suitable at OYO.

Reception is not friendly, TV is off, WC and shower are broken.

The staff is not friendly, rude, the hotel is also not good far from clean, I ordered to get the room right next to the warehouse, they said all the rooms were full even though some were still empty, I don't know why, I ordered it because it was close to the location where I was treated , I even got a refund, the hotel didn't help either, in the end I looked for a really better hotel, even though it was a bit far, the price was not a problem, the important thing was that it was clean and the staff were polite, really rude, I immediately left, horrified.

Seumur hidup pesan hotel baru kali ini saya pesan hotel syariah tujuan nginep cari hotel yang deket Masjid Al akbar Surabaya mau sholat malam lailatul qodar, keluar jam 11.30 sama yang jaga dilarang keluar setelah jam 12.00, katanya hotel syariah kok gak menghormati orang mau beribadah, penjaganya arogan, gak ramah sama sekali, ngakunya yang punya, kok gak ramah banget, pulang sholat langsung check out, kecewa banget, hotelnya juga kotor, airnya bau banget.

The guards are plonga-plongo. Stay paid but treated like no pay.

The service oath made me crazy myself :( first experience at OYO and it wasn't very good when I booked from June 1 he said there was no confirmation that there was a room order :( very unsatisfactory.

I just ordered through the app. After checking in I was given a room after entering the sheets and towels and blankets were not replaced. Then, I'm sorry, on the sheets and blankets, there's a lot of mucus like (sp*rm*) I'm sorry, but that's what my own eyes saw. Then I asked for a room change but he said there was none and he said it had not been cleaned. Then the officer said that he wanted to change the bed linen but changed it himself, it was weird. Finally I decided to just go out because I was already disgusted because I wanted to rest. The other point is, don't stay in this place, you'll be really disappointed.
