Why does the deposit have to be via the travelio application? Where is the deposit when checking in at the place, pay cash, and it is returned at check out, where do you ask for another account number, it doesn't make sense. Only this time the deposit asked for a transfer.

The check-in process is too complicated! Facilities according to photos. Bad service! Long! Power failure! No explanation! I bought the token myself, and so far it hasn't been replaced! Never order an apartment through travelio again, give up!
