The room was fine. The buffet was great. However they only offered one beer brand, no whiskey at all and no irish cream at all!

The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. The food not so much and the drinks will put you in a diabetic coma.

I really liked the hotel; the staff treated me very well, and the food was very good.

Clean room on my part, one of my friends had some minor dirt under his bedsheets but no big deal. Food from any of the restaurants is great, the buffet is nice but the snacks...not so much. Drinks were really nice but most of the staff (other than the receptionists) were not too kind, kinda made me feel guilty to be there but there's a reason we panamenians are not known for incredible our customer service. The pools were nice, and the spa was absolutely great, would definitely go back someday

Very nice pool, beach and spa....very happy with the resort. Also, very nice sports bar 24 hrs....i would recommend finding a hotel transfer when you get there...paid for a private van, never found shuttle, had to pay alot more for a taxi last minute.....

This is a great resort for families. The staff is wonderful, helpful, attentive and friendly. The pools, slides and food were great. My kids loved the activities. The pools were spotless and the active lifeguards were a very nice surprise for a parent. I’ve was concerned after I saw so many negative reviews but I think they must be taking the comments seriously because it was an amazing stay.

It’s a gem. A modest room refresh and small improvements could go a long way. Food was good but could also be taken up just one notch to make this a place to rave about.

The activities were not long for the children.

Bathroom sink was completely rusted, both faucets were absolutely disgusting and leaking every time we turned them on. They gave us a difficult time just to simply get shower towels. Everyday 2 days our room keys stop working and I would have to go to get them reprogrammed. On the last day they would not even give us shower towels because it was the last day. The entire resort smelt like sewage. In order to book 1 of only 3 restaurants there we had to wait in long for 2 hours in order to book which took 10 seconds. Absolutely horrible, money back should be in order

Spa was relaxing.

Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

Beautiful beach & lovely pools. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffets were very clean, well maintained with abundant fresh food & lots of healthy choices. Although it was clean, The rooms & buffet restaurant are in need of an extensive update. The hotel is showing its age. There are no outdoor restaurants to enjoy the Beautiful location, The evening entertainment was sadly lacking. They had a short dance show one evening, the rest of the time it consisted of an MC yelling loudly while organizing Adult musical chairs and a show aimed at woman acting “sexy” while he yelled inappropriate comments. The daytime entertainment staff were friendly and tried to organize fun activities. The resort is great for families but if you want a quiet relaxing location, go elsewhere

The entire hotel was old… things seemed like they were falling apart. There were not enough lounge chairs or places to sit outside. There were not enough umbrellas. I had to get up early to save seats if we wanted somewhere to sit. The whole hotel was very loud… there was no where to just relax. The swimming pools felt dirty because there were so many people. The staff was nice, but no one actually helped you if you asked for help. They just said oh that isn’t my job or sorry I can’t help you with that. For example, the hotel says they have water sports….. well there are two double kayaks and that’s it….To eat in a restaurant you had to wait in a line for an hour to get a reservation. The one plus was the restaurant we ate at. It was very good and a nice experience. I guess I don’t feel it was worth half of what we paid…. It was really unfortunate. And to end the trip my son got food poisoning or ended up sick from the pool water. I had high hopes and with a few changes they could have made the experience a bit better.
