Clean and tidy with very attentive staff. Having to pay for parking is still a bit of a bugbear but the hotel is overlooking the sea and very convenient for the town.

Told I was disabled, so put us on the “ground floor” which had four or five steps. No offer to help. There was no tea or coffee and milk in the room.

All staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy but didn't have any views, just a frosted window into a small atrium. The bathroom didn't have any towel rails but was modern and had everything else we needed.

Always a lovely place to stay in Exmouth. A great place to stay right on the beach front! Staff are friendly and super helpful. The rooms are always clean and have great amenities like tea, coffee and shower gels. I'll definitely rebook for whenever I visit.
