The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room had the most comfortable bed and incredible view, and the private beach was so peaceful! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was super courteous, welcoming and accommodating. Their service was top notch and made sure to make it a relaxing stay.

The only bad part was you enter the room in the bathroom

We have stayed at different St Regis locations and I have to say this location in Bermuda fell short of expectations. Let’s begin with the cleanliness of the rooms after housekeeping left. They forgot to refill the Nespresso pods several times and also did not empty out the containers from the machine. Also when we called the front desk to ask fo more pods they were never delivered. Also the morning coffee/Tea delivery consistently arrived 20-30 minutes late almost every day of our stay. This is not what one expecta when you are paying close to 1,000 a night.

Everything was immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more attentive all around the facility from the main desk to the beach crew and the maid service. They gave us a great upgrade and a later checkout because our flight didn't leave until 3:30 pm. Amenities were excellent. Restaurants (Lina and the bar) had delicious food for all of their meals and the prices were in line with local restaurants. The only complaint was that the dinner menu in the restaurant was a little limited. Otherwise we were extremely impressed and happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend the St.Regis Resort. It's a great out of the way, quiet place near the town of St Georges.

We had such an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The resort itself was beautiful and we received an unexpected upgrade to our room! I would highly recommend this hotel. It's close enough to walk to the citx and there is also a hotel shuttle to the city that runs every 20-30 mins if needed. The food was delicious and the private beach was incredible.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. The hotel was incredible and the private beach was gorgeous. The entire staff was highly professional, friendly, and always attentive. We will be recommending the St. Regis to our friends and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful ocean view

The St Regis is a beautiful property. Our Grand Luxe Ocean Front room was amazing. The staff is outstanding and wants to assist in any way possible to assure that guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return visit.
