It was walking distance to NRG stadium and it was perfect. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location for rodeo stop over , maybe over charged compared to Expedia rate that it was booked as though :(

We booked for a concert and Houston rodeo. The hotel was run down and not very clean. We paid for our room and hotel charged $30 for parking on top of room fee. Hotel is run down and dirty. Front desk staff less than friendly.

I was appalled I was charged $30 to park in the hotels parking lot of which I paid for a room and was staying over night. The hotel is "lipstick on a pig" at best!! Tripping hazards from un-level floors in some of the hallways, elevator was SHABBY and worked "sometimes", cosmetic issues all over the hotel. I was shocked at its condition with Wyndham on the sign. I will give a 10 to cleanliness of the beds, bathroom in the room and lobby!! Beds & pillows VERY comfortable and smell of fresh clean linens! So housekeeping gets 5 stars!! Also location was on point! Across the street from NRG! Convenient! The rest thumbs down!

Dilapidated, old, dingy, falling down. Needs major facelift

Took about 45 minutes to check in plus we had to pay a additional 30 dollar park fee that was crap

Great location for Houston Rodeo, walked right across and convenient. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a bit run down but I’d book again for Rodeo access

The staff was rude. They packed the parking lot with stadium goers. They have an area they can park cars but they literally fill the WHOLE parking lot until the guests have nowhere to park and have to wait until other people leave to be let in! Rust on the shower heads. Mildew smell in the rooms. Dust on the furniture. One of the elevators wasn't working. I could go on for days.

Horrible stay. This is during the rodeo, although I was a guest I still had to pay $30/parking per car. yes it's convenient to whatever event is going on but it is the worst customer service at the front desk. Sidenote: the breakfast is legit.

This hotel and rooms are disgusting. I would not stay here. I went to the room, looked around, went back down and got my money back. The fire sprinklers were hanging down, carpet was disgusting, elevator was missing pieces of panels, bed skirt was ripped, holes in the drywall.

Amazing location. The room itself is nice but a little dated. Bathroom was definitely old and could use a revamp. Walls are paper thin.

The hotel had the feel of a renovated nursing home. Dark, old and weird smell. They required us to put 100 dollars down at check in and then charged us 30 dollars at check out. NONE OF THIS WAS POSTED OR WAS MADE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING!!

It was ok probably won't do it again charged us 50.00$ to park due to event going on kind of a surprise room was clean and quiet so wr did ok

The bed was terrible the housekeeper kept knocking on the door and we still had an hour before checkout. The luggage carts were all in bad shape and the one we had had a flat tire. We have to pay extra to park at a hotel we already payed way to much for cause you want to rip us all off during rodeo season. Maybe you should take the money you are stealing from us and do some upgrades. It smelled like mold all through the hallway and in the rooms. Terrible hotel

Hotel needs some updates as for parking they need two separate parking lots one for guest and another for when they are going to charge for parking so guest have parking spots. I didn’t feel comfortable driving anywhere thinking I would have no place to park when I returned.

Front desk Ms. Mehrsa was very helpful. I had an issue with desk chair in my room and she took care of it right away. Also the lady working the breakfast area was very helpful and nice.

Very helpful. Clean . Staff was so polite. Enjoyed the breakfast.
