We loved hotel griso. Personel was very kind and the room was comfortable. Great view on the lake and close to lecco (20 minutes walk). Clean hotel and a good place to take the car and visit Lake como. There is also a great beach not too far.

Wonderful location

The view from this hotel is stunning. Staff was helpful. Hotel is in a prime location to experience the different attractions in the Lake Como area.

Room was in disrepair. Countertop in washroom and flooring was lifting. Balcony was dirty. Sauna in room is completely useless, especially in the heat of the summer. Pool area was unacceptable. Whirlpool and cots were dirty. No beach towels provided. Access within the hotel was awkward, multiple elevators.

Garage parking. Great view from balcony. Stuff very helpful. Close to restaurants and lake Como

I usually never leave reviews but this hotel is absolutely amazing. We came for our honey moon and the room itself was so beautiful, loved the sauna! Not to mention the breakfast and restaurant on the 6th floor with the most beautiful view. Definitely recommend and don’t miss dining at the restaurant or enjoying breakfast with the view!

Great hotel overlooking the lake. Ordered room service. Wine and pizza on the balcony looking at the lake. Pretty nice stay.

Our room was beautiful with a fantastic huge terrace overlooking the lake. The front staff at the hotel were wonderful. Our only issue was at the restaurant which I don’t know if they are connected to the hotel or not, but the food was terrible even though it was a gorgeous view.

We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could give this hotel a million stars I would. Incredible staff, great food, perfect location to town, incredible mountain and water views.

The room was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony was great. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. We paid extra for breakfast a couple of days which was great and we had room service as well.

I loved the location and the hotel was easy to check into and all were very friendly.

Clean modern spacious room, friendly staff and lovely location

20 euro breakfast per person only offers various versions of breads and a coffee from a machine. Great view but not even an average breakfast. Save your money and eat somewhere out.

Staff was ok, morning staff was more helpful as to where i had experienced better before. Hotel doesnt feel 4 star, room desprately is badly under service, veneers peeling off, broke n electrical switch, dim room. I feel its more like 1 or 2 star. Perhaps its due to major renovation. Nice location outside.
