The full English breakfast served by a friendly staff every morning was a great way to start each day. The focus on sustainability is a fresh approach and much appreciated.

It was a clean reliable and enjoyable experience. The lobby and restaurant Great space for grabbing a snack, eating a meal or just catching up on emails and doing a little computer work.

The breakfast was excellent. The price really good. All the staff were nice and very helpful. The bar service was good too. All in all a nice place to stay. Easy access to Chiswick High Street and the tube at Turnham Green.

Lovely helpful staff and the set up here suits me with timings, as I have RA so it takes me more time to get myself organised...

Reception staff were very professional, welcoming and very helpful. The check-in was very fast. The room allocated was very clean and quiet. The hotel is located very close to turnam green station of district line. M&S food supermarket is few steps away. The hotel is very nice and well maintained and the surrounding area is full of shopping stores and cafés.

Very conveniently located homy hotel in a safe area with underground stations and shops close by. Spacious rooms with kitchen allowing for some cooking so don’t have to eat out all the time particularly good for a ‘longish’ stay.

Well decorated very clean. Close to tube station and shops. Would stay again.

Room well equipped and comfortable. Staff outstanding. Hard floors transmit high heels noise etc between rooms.

A little disappointed with this place given the high score. Paid for a premium room. A little underwhelmed with the check in experience but when I got to the room, a nice size but was allocated a room for people with mobility issues. The room also had an adjoining room, the soundproofing was bad as we heard everything they said. Overall, not a great experience and I’m struggling at spending over £500 for two nights with an average breakfast included. I can’t honestly say I would recommend.
