The place is comfortable and easy to get everywhere.

Too many rules, so there's fear. We stayed for two days, but we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned. But when we asked for a replacement for a wet towel, the excuse was that housekeeping was closed. Irons are not allowed in the room; ironing can be done yourself behind the reception. Demand compensation if the iron damages the linen; don't generalize. Requests for drinking water should not exceed two bottles per day; if so, there should be a dispenser on each floor. Only one room key, no more. No request for more pillows. The mattress makes a noise when you turn over. Far from a 3-star hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly... It's just that the check-in and check-out service is a bit slow, and there was also a small animal that entered the room.

The room was really clean and comfortable to me. There was no breakfast or any restaurant, so I cannot say anything about the food. However, I didn’t really like when I asked the front desk to help me keep a document which my friend would pick up, the front desk agent said he could not keep it. So, Pak Udin, as the security, helped me. He kept it for my friend. Pak Udin was very kind and was very friendly.

Highly recommended, the rooms are clean, the location is strategic, basically if I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay there.

Stayed for a few days and have been here often because it's close to the GI and at first the room didn't smell. The last two times in different periods, the AC always smelled like cigarettes even though they were in different rooms. And when I wanted to complain, I heard someone else complaining the same thing. So, if it was turned on or not, it smelled of cigarettes. It was really uncomfortable, I had to sleep under the bedcover. The only thing I recommend is the security, they are always thoughtful and very friendly!!
