Been here for some time, but during this visit, cleanliness was a challenge. Need improvement immediately, especially since there are still many dusts in the room (bed, covers, floors, tables, chairs, etc.). Thank you for Moritz team's attention on this.

This is a truly smart hotel. There's no need for the drama of having just one key, as the key can be accessed from a phone app. The staff provides friendly and helpful service.

Actually, overall it was comfortable, the lobby smelled nice, the room was also clean, but when I finished taking a shower and opened the cotton bud, the cotton bud had been used by someone else and had earwax on it, it seemed like the staff didn't check first.

The hotel is clean and quite comfortable.. but yesterday because there weren't many guests, the breakfast menu was a bit limited.. maybe Saturday and Sunday are busier.. overall ok😀

The downside to this hotel is the limited parking, or perhaps it's because I was there on vacation. The narrow corridors also limit movement when other guests or hotel staff are on the other side. But the strategic location outweighs these limitations...

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, comfortable, and quiet... But there are a few things I might want to consider... 1. Using the room key via the phone app is a hassle, in my opinion, because it's complicated. 2. The soundproofing in the room isn't good. There's a gas station next to my room, so the sound of passing motorcycles can be heard in the room.

In my opinion, this is one of the recommended hotels in Cihampelas that is quite up-to-date and doesn't bother with room keys. You can use the application on your cellphone. Luckily, I got a pretty good breakfast here and the variety is quite good. Luckily, my room on the second floor had a less than perfect view, but I got a view of a gas station. But that's okay. I felt comfortable staying here while in Bandung. To go to Alfamart or to some shops, you have to walk from the right side of the hotel. It's a bit downhill, but that's okay. The wifi is good for working. The staff are very friendly.
