It's a bit far from the beach, but in return, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful... I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance...

Oh my god, the staff and service here are amazing, the staff are so lovely. There's one lady who's incredibly attentive and takes such good care of me. On my last day, I was waiting for my bus home and lying on a chair, and she even brought a towel for me to lie on. I was so pleased.

Even though the location is far from the bridge and beach, the surrounding area has quite many places for food. The room faces the river, so we can enjoy the city. The room is quite big. However, they cannot decide immediately whether we can check out late or not. The buffet breakfast is nice and complete for Western and Vietnamese cuisine.

The room had a wall view, poor soundproofing, and at night I could only hear the sound of car engines revving, water noise, and other noises from the next room.

Giving it 8 points. I checked in expecting a view of the Dragon Bridge, but there wasn't. :)) The view was actually behind the house. Everything was okay. Check-in at 12:30, the staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and gentle. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was cleaned regularly. There was a bathtub and a smart toilet. The only thing I didn't like was the flip-flops; they hurt my feet a lot.

I chose this hotel during an exam period. The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the exam site. The rooms smelled wonderful and had balconies overlooking the city. Additionally, breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was really enjoyable; you could see the panoramic city view, which was very relaxing. One thing I won't forget is that the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, always had a smile on their faces. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.
