Many of the rooms are moldy, as are the tents, the facilities do not match the application, the uploaded pictures are old, the grass grows wild and thick, the toilets are not clean, water is also difficult to get, the prayer room facilities are not clean at all, very dissatisfied

The place is nice, the staff is friendly. Too bad the swimming pool can't be used, it's suitable for gathering events.

For a place with a mountain feel, the temperature was quite cold, the tent was dirty and moldy so we changed the hut, the key to the hut was jammed, the mattress was very hard, there were no toiletries. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because there was no swimming pool, it didn't match people's descriptions or reviews, yes, but for just sleeping, it wasn't bad. But the price doesn't match because the facilities are very inadequate. If possible, the price is cheap with such unsuitable conditions. It must be fixed so that it doesn't disappoint people

The place is very quiet and poorly maintained, even though the receptionist is quick to act when there are reports, there are still many problems from water that is not running smoothly or electricity that goes out in the middle of the night. Those who are not used to camping are still afraid.

Kamar mandi kotor. Di Aplikasi Traveloka tertulis kamar mandi dilengkapi shower, ternyata tidak ada. Yang ada ember yang jorok. Air tidak ada, harus memberi tau petugas spy air dinyalakan. Tidak tersedia air panas, sementara lokasi di pegunungan. Pool air panas rusak karena bocor.

Awalnya kami memesan L'Tefa Glamping, karena niatnya mau tenda-tendaan. Sampai di lokasi posisi habis hujan, dan ternyata tenda yang kami pesan tidak bisa digunakan karena tembus air dan kasurnya basah. Akhirnya pihak manajemen menawarkan pindah lokasi ke Kabin Bambu. Lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari lokasi glamping. Pas lihat, loh kok kami malah senang sekali dapat ganti tenda sama kabin bambunya. Jadilah kami menginap di dalam kabin bambu dengan kasur yang muat berempat. Aman dari hujan dan view nya keren banget. Di belakang nampak gunung, dan di depannya ada bukit. Di situ juga ada cafe Sedapur Strawberry yang beroperasional mulai dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 5 sore. Dua malam menginap di L'Tefa Kabin Bambu sungguh sangat menyenangkan, apalagi suasanya benar-benar sepi kalau malam. Terima kasih L'Tefa Glamping untuk akomodasi penggantinya.

Lumayanlah, suasana tenang. Mungkin bisa lebih bagus jika ada fasilitas pendukung seperti coffee shop atau tempat untuk bisa kumpul-kumpul.
